Introductory session: No charge.
At this session, lasting approximately 20 minutes, I will discuss with you in confidence your reasons for considering hypnotherapy.
You can then decide if you wish to go ahead and also, I will let you know at this point whether hypnotherapy is the best way forward for you.
All sessions are between 50 and 60 minutes.
Hypnotherapy:
Stop Smoking = Two sessions.
Total cost: 90 euros.
Hypno-Band Weight Loss System = six sessions. Total cost: 330 euros (including CD's & written information)
Most other suggestive therapies, e.g.
nail biting, relaxation, confidence boosting,
bed-wetting in children, etc. require two or three sessions at 45 euros per session.
Hypno Analysis:
Some examples of presenting symptoms are panic attacks, anxiety, stress, sexual problems, depression, phobias, etc.
This course of therapy is between six and ten sessions and is on a 'pay as you go' basis at 45 euros per session.
