I’ve had a couple of weeks where I’ve not lost weight, but I think that’s just the way the human body works. I’m really pleased with the results of the Hypno Band so far and am looking forward to next summer, when I should be at my goal weight, (hopefully).

‘We are being very controlled and finding it easy as we don't feel like we are on a diet. I have lost just under 1 stone and everyone is noticing and Robyn has lost about the same and I can notice it in her. The best part is because we are losing the weight slowly we are less likely to put the weight on again.
